UFO sightings before Year 2000
Over the range of 100 years from 1900 to 1999, there have been a total of 4975 days on which UFOs have been sighted. On many of these days, there have been more than one reporting from the same location. The above graph represents mean parts per million (ppm) measures of Carbon Monoxide (CO), Sulphur Dioxide (SO2) and Ozone (O3) across the United States.
Hovering over the graph lines provides the ppm counts for each sighting date of the three gases. We are aware that O3 in the stratosphere is responsible for protecting the Earth from UV rays. CO causes air pollution leading to both blood poisoning and health issues in humans. SO2 causes global warming and elevates greenhouse effect, thereby causing an increase in the average temperature of the earth.
We observe that since 1950s, the levels of SO2 have increased and the time series shows multiple spikes. Zooming in shows that O3 values are the least overall and SO2, maximum.
We infer from this that an increase in UFO sightings in the later 1900s shows that there exists a strong possibility in the following theories:-
- CO mean values begin close to 0.000045 ppm and increase upto 2.4553 ppm towards the later 1900s. UFO sightings show that if UFOs have been present at these occurences, then they probably produce radiation or exhausts invisible to the naked eye which caused and increase in CO levels. We also see that there have been a increased reporting of cancer instances too in the later 1900s (from the previous visualization).
- With the advent of industrialization from early 1950s and an increased number of UFO sightings, we observe an increase in S02 mean values which could be the primary reason for global warming.
- UFO sightings is inversely proportional to O3 mean values as we see that O3 mean values decrease towards the later 1900s. This may have been the active reason for depletion of the ozone layer.
UFO sightings from and after Year 2000
Over the next 11 years from 2000 to 2010, there have been a total of 3883 days on which UFOs have been sighted.
There has been a consistency in CO and and a depletion of O3 throughout this period. As we see that the number of UFO reportings have drastically increased, so has the SO2 levels.
We observe a consistency in our theories that apply to the time period of 1900-1999.
The UFO sightings and gas measures for this decade in fact prove the theroies we propose for the previous century.
